Emergency food, warm winter gear, and direct aid in downtown Saskatoon.
Help applying to recovery beds and shelters, counselling connections, and someone who stays with the person after the first night.
Walks, food drops, and weekend outreach.
At J.C. Can & Company Ministries, the work is not confined to an office. It lives on the pavement. We operate where homelessness and addiction meet in Saskatoon: outreach, a meal, a coat, a ride to intake, and coaching that continues after the crisis night. We believe no one is beyond reach.
Food drops, winter clothing, and crisis aid downtown.
We walk people through applications to local recovery programs and emergency beds. We do not run those facilities, we get someone to the door and stay in contact.
Life, recovery, and, where it fits, work and small-business coaching so the week after intake has a plan.
Structured help to reopen contact and plan visits when it is safe to do so.
Trauma-informed conversation and referrals.
Reach out to begin the intake process for recovery support, family visits, or personalized coaching.
Dedicated intake and guided recovery pathways providing immediate intervention, shelter support, and ongoing accountability.
Assisting individuals in re-establishing vital communication and coordinating safe, structured family visitation.
Tailored guidance across Life Coaching, Business Coaching, and Career Transitioning to build independent futures.
Compassionate mental wellness and trauma-informed counselling for individuals navigating addiction and homelessness.
Direct distribution of hot meals, seasonal winter gear, and frontline support across downtown Saskatoon.
Where homelessness and addiction hit hardest in the downtown core, we meet people right where they are. From emergency warm clothing and nutrition to urgent recovery pathways, our ground outreach brings practical relief and a path toward dignity.
